Therapy to Help You Heal, Reclaim Yourself & Thrive
Most people don’t look for a therapist when things are easy. They reach out when anxiety is taking over, motivation is gone, relationships feel messy, or life is changing faster than they can keep up. If you’re a teen or young adult trying to figure out who you are, what you want, and how to calm your mind in the middle of it all you’re in the right place.
I’m Honey, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in working with teens and young adults (17–26) navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity, and relationship stress. I also support couples and families as needed, especially when the people around you are part of the pressure.
Therapy with me isn’t cold, clinical, or intimidating. It’s real, human, and sometimes even a little funny because life is already heavy enough. We’ll get practical tools you can use right away, and we’ll also work on the deeper patterns that keep you stuck.
I take an integrative, personalized approach, blending psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and the Gottman Method. For many teens and young adults, anxiety, identity, and relationship stress are all connected so we’ll look at the full picture, not just symptoms. You’ll get concrete tools for coping and confidence, and we’ll also explore the deeper patterns that keep you stuck. Most importantly, we’ll build a trusting relationship because therapy works best when you feel safe, seen, and supported.
When you’re in a season of change, everything can feel louder—anxiety, overthinking, relationship stress, and the pressure to “figure it out.” You don’t have to do that alone. Therapy with me is about untangling the knots, getting clear on what you want, and building the tools to move forward with more confidence, calm, and connection.
Outside of work, I am a proud mom, wife, and daughter. Most weekends you’ll find me cheering on my daughter at a debate competition or my son on the baseball field. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I do my best to balance it all - work, love, and life in this beautifully chaotic season of motherhood.
